Submitting Requests
for Review to ISRB
Format of requests
1. All requests shall be in
writing (by email, attachment , or 3 printed copies)
2. Requests shall include the following information in this order:
a. Title of request;
b. Date of submission of request;
c. Name and contact information of the
person or body requesting the review;
d. Brief overview of issue to be reviewed
(2 pages maximum)
e. Relevance of topic to pending public
decisions affecting the Eugene/Springfield
or Lane County region;
f. Scientific issue(s) that are
involved in the matter;
g. Citations to relevant documents;
h. Name and contact information of a person
or authority to whom a
copy of the report will
be sent; and
i. Date report is required, with a
brief explanation of the
importance/relevance
of this date.
3. An additional page may be appended, providing important
additional information not covered in the above items.
4. All accepted requests shall be publicly available.
